The BEM suite provides a management framework to assist
in recording, tracking and monitoring business communication
and events. ActionVector, the BEM framework software allows
for workflow and collaboration. Designed as a generic framework,
it allows quick modelling and implementation of various
collaborative business functions / processes (from Facilities
HelpDesk to Letter of Credit management at a bank).
Merit's BEM software allows modelling
businesses in terms of common entities such as Organization
structure, core business processes, process activities and
flow, functional departments, roles specific to departments,
user groups (teams) association with departments, Information
security levels and so on. It provides for definition of
business events that need to be tracked at various levels.

Event Monitoring further to facilitate modelling, automation
and monitoring of business processes. The Solution suite
consists of a set of functional modules that are required
in each phase of the process management life cycle namely
the process modeling, process configuration and deployment
and process execution, monitoring operations and maintenance
phases. The solution components are aligned with typical
